Perhaps the most classic of all window treatments is the curtain. By changing the pattern and length over the years, the curtain itself is never obsolete. For vinyl window, soft cloth is all that is needed. To allow for more sunlight into the room, use a short panel curtain on the lower half of the vinyl windows with a valance hanging at the top. For more privacy, a curtain hanging from the top again. Use tiebacks to hold them open during daylight hours. Draw them closed at night for privacy.
